I've left it at the default of 50 which will limit overcommit to 16Mib
on the 32Mib machine used in the test. Setting it to 10 doesn't make any
difference for the test. In this case /proc/meminfo looks like the
following:

/ # cat /proc/meminfo
MemTotal:          22228 kB
MemFree:            4288 kB
MemAvailable:       7296 kB
Buffers:             648 kB
Cached:             1876 kB
...
CommitLimit:        2220 kB
