For those following at home: I've recently requested that these options
be added to IANA's DHCPv6 Option Types registry. I'll send an update
when I get feedback about that.

One consideration though, is that we may want to remove reference to
"pxe" there; these should be generic to any DHCP implementation, PXE or
otherwise. Also, in line with general v6 style, we may want these to
explicitly refer to URLs rather than just paths that assume TFTP.
