Here is a bugfix and a few enhancements to udhcpc6.  First is a fix for the
strict aliasing warnings, and the rest are related to requesting the bootfile
url.  With the -O option we can no specify any option number for our request,
and we now set an environment variable for the bootfile url option.  I've tested
these in our ipv6 only environments and they work perfect.  Thanks,
