I'm using busybox in buildroot environment and I've noticed that
hwaddress option in /etc/network/interfaces fails to apply because
ifconfig is called incorrectly. I'm using busybox-1.11.3, but
according to the code from 1.13.1 the problem still exists.
Suggested patch attached.
