Let's not go there.

Let's not go there in a big way.

I'm all for a few simple questions in config that disable stuff.  Sounds like 
disabling the entire applet is what we want.  (Hey, if they don't want /proc 
they give up a lot.)

(I also want to do a big switch to disable --long-options as well, although 
that needs some thought because some options like tar --exclude can only be 
selected via long options...)
