Glenn,

The hexdump change I recently submitted could be #ifdef'd with one of the
"Large File" defines. I noted that LARGEFILE* is not used anywhere. It looks
like the real use of it is via CONFIG_LFS which ends up setting
_FILE_OFFSET_BITS. I did not find a note of who or when this was added to
Busybox. The only complication is that the format string would also have to
change in that case. I can research this further and provide a #ifdef'd
patch if it would help.
