I'm trying to create a form of rescue/install disk with busybox 0.65.5.
I currently have my init tab as this:

:sysinit:/etc/init.d/rcS
tty1::respawn:/sbin/question_script
tty2::askfirst:-/bin/sh
tty3::sysinit:/bin/dmesg > /dev/vc/4
tty4::respawn:/usr/bin/tail -f /var/log/messages > /dev/vc/3
tty5::respawn:/usr/bin/tail -f /proc/kmsg > /dev/vc/4
tty6::askfirst:-/bin/sh
ttyS0::respawn:/sbin/bootstrap
#::respawn:/sbin/getty -L ttyS0 9600 vt100
::ctrlaltdel:/sbin/rebootquestion_script
::shutdown:/bin/umount -a -r
::shutdown:/sbin/swapoff -a

I can see it start up the rcS and that exits cleanly then it all just
stops.  It never spawns any of the shells or question_script procs.

Any thoughts?  I'm digging through the archives but not finding much
related.
