/sbin/runlevel, if you have it tells you the previous and the new
runlevel. I.e., outputs 'N 3' which I use it to decide what rcX.d
directory to start running scripts from my rc.sysinit.
Not in busybox of course. I never used run levels in my busybox based
system as only for an installer or dedicated vpn.
