Right now the command line option parsing in BusyBox is completely add-hoc.
This has led to numerous bugs.

Instead, BusyBox should use a common option parsing routing (perhaps libc
getopt), so that problems can be solved _once_.  In addition to decreasing the
number of bugs that crop up, this should also decrease code size...
