Subject:    [BusyBox] Poweroff on shutdown is just rebooting

I can not seem to get poweroff to "poweroff the box"
It reboots it. I know the bios supports this, I have
done it with the same kernel and sysvinit in a full system.
Same kernel with busybox and I just get a reboot.
Anyone have ideas? Or could it be something with init ?
