Minor correction here -- for a /26 the broadcast address would be
207.90.214.127 (not .128) with a network address of .64 and all addresses
from .65 to .126 being usable. The netmask would be 255.255.255.192.

CIDR is flexible, but it's not *that* flexible.

For a /25 the netmask would be 255.255.255.128, the broadcast address
would still be 207.90.214.127, the network address 207.90.214.0 and the
usable addresses will be from .1 to .126.
