Yeah, finally.  It just took me getting some tuits and looking at the  
Prototype API for a while.  And it helped that Sarah and Michael had  
done work prior to that.

Just installing the new libraries doesn't seem to fix any of the  
outstanding bugs that are out there, but it should at least give us a  
supported base to fix them. It goes without saying that I feel much  
more comfortable patching against 1.6.0.3 of prototype than 1.5.0  
RC0.  :D
