No, no format-specific names.

This is the best of this bunch, though it isn't simply raw. It could 
have % lines, <% %> tags, <& &> tags, etc.

Bah, I'm not sure this is such a good idea It'd be too confusing. I 
think, if we're going to do it, the names should be really different. 
We should follow Larry's maxim, "Similar things should look different":
