patch to do what Mason.pm does

As David suggested, I copied the code from the Mason burner
to TemplateToolkit and PHP (though I think PHP::Interpreter
probably doesn't actualliy work any more).

Please verify the attached patch at least for TemplateToolkit.

Note: I didn't do it for the HTML::Template burner
because it wasn't obvious what corresponds to
the while(1) loop that gets broken out of.
