We have noticed now on several occasions that sometimes when we do previews
(have not tested with publishes) that the system is all of a sudden using a
template out of the sandbox when the template in questions is not even checked out.

I have no idea how to reproduce this but it does happen. The fix so far has been
to checkout the template in question and then checkin and deploy again.

If I have time when this happens again I will try and investigate further.
