If you make a new Element, but forget to add an OC to it, you are allowed to
save, but as soon as you try to make a new story of that element type, you get
an error about get_fixed_uri_something being undefined (no time to reproduce the
error to get the exact message, sorry).

The Element Manager should refuse to save unless you associate an OC.
