This problem only happened after I reinstalled bricolage with ssl support. I did
a make install and expected it to nuke my database data, but it didn't. My old
data was intact.

Strangely enough, a new row is added to the actions table, but it is flagged as
inactive. I have changed the active flag to 1 for the most recent row, but no
actinos appear for the destination.

what else can I do to help debug this?
