           Summary: log_event() with bad event name causes Apache to lock up
           Product: Bricolage
           Version: 1.3.0 - Development for 1.4.0
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: API
        AssignedTo: dw@dnai.com
        ReportedBy: stregar@about-inc.com

Calling:

   log_event("looptid", $obj);

Causes the following error during the cleanup phase:

   [Thu Feb 21 19:45:51 2002] [error] [client 127.0.0.1] Can't call method
   "_get" on an undefined value at /usr/local/bricolage/lib/Bric/Util/Event.pm
   line 294.

After this error Apache seems to hang and must restarted before more requests
will be answered. The culprit appears to be some code in Bric::Util::Event
around line 283 that's trusting ->list() and/or ->lookup to find an EventType...
 But that doesn't explain why the bug is causing a lockup.
