Hi

In the FIPS version of your jars you have not included several 
attributes of the MANIFEST.mf necessary for applications to work with 
the Java Web Start. Will these attributes be included in future versions?

For example in bcmail-jdk15on-1.58.jar:

Permissions: all-permissions
Application-Name: Bouncy Castle S/MIME API
Caller-Allowable-Codebase: *
Trusted-Library: true
Application-Library-Allowable-Codebase: *
Codebase: *
