Hi All,
A new Java beta is now available at 
http://downloads.bouncycastle.org/betas/ , which contains new 
ChaCha20/Poly1305 TLS AEAD ciphersuites as described in the draft RFC 
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-agl-tls-chacha20poly1305-04 .
