I have a couple of patches for Bouncycastle from an anonymous user on FMS, which is a \
forum system which runs on Freenet, an anonymous filesharing tool intended to prevent \
censorship. I do not have an email address for Eleriseth and I'm not likely to get \
one. The first patch is a trivial, but measurable, optimisation for CTR/SIC mode. \
Eleriseth claims that he implemented it before looking at how it is done in NSS, \
which is pretty much the same. It adds one line and removes several, so I doubt \
there is a licensing issue. The second patch is 130 lines and is related to using \
several JCA providers simultaneously with ECC crypto.

All I can say about Eleriseth, apart from that he is making significant contributions \
to Freenet, mostly optimisations, is that he posts on FMS with cryptographic \
identity: SSK@WPECGLtYbVi8Rl6Y7Vzl2Lvd2EUVW99v3yNV3IWROG8,MnwtfrASwEUVgXVCxNALLwCKqe6woGt3biDRVcBulkk,AQACAAE/

So if you can't take the patches for legal reasons, I understand. I do think the \
first one makes sense technically. Should I post the patches here?

Thanks.
