David might not advertise his own book, so I'll do it for him.
Have you tried the examples in the book "Beginning Cryptography with
Java" by David Cook?
See http://www.bouncycastle.org/resources.html for what Bouncy Castle
has to say about this book and links to the examples.

Subject: [dev-crypto] Simple Public/Private Key task

All,

I have what should be a simple task I want to accomplish. I would like
to generate public/private keys (could use openssl or whatever), write
them to files, then encrypt data with the public key (read from file)
and decrypt with private key (read from file).

I see all sorts of examples that do more complicated tasks that this,
but I just want this simple thing.

Anyone know of any examples for this?

Thanks
