Hi David,

Thanks. We troubleshooted and the problem was with a faulty algorithm
that did the intermediate packaging (splitting and joining) of large
files.

The only likely cause of this is that the data stream is truncated. 

Having said that, you'd also see this if someone was inadvertently
sharing the cipher object between threads - the fact this is
intermittent suggests that would be a good place to look as well.
