Hi all,

I hope everybody had a good break over the New Year, and by now are back at 
work.

Release 1.12 from the Legion of the Bouncy Castle brings new functionality
galore.  

There are:
        . a number of minor defect fixes
        . the PKCS12 keystore now supports a broader range of certificate types
        . a new range of HMACS 
        . some enhancements and inclusions for key wrapping in AES and DESede

However, best of all, this release has a JDK 1.4 compatible provider.
