Hi Everyone,

The following code produces an unexpected hash:

    std::unique_ptr<Botan::HashFunction>
hash(Botan::HashFunction::create("SHAKE-128"));
    secure_vector<uint8_t> digest = hash->final();

digest is 7F9C2BA4E88F827D616045507605853E rather than NIST's value of
7f9c2ba4e88f827d616045507605853ed73b8093f6efbc88eb1a6eacfa66ef26.

I'm working from https://botan.randombit.net/manual/hash.html but it
does not have a SHAKE specific example.

I'm wondering if I am doing something wrong or if this is expected.

Thanks in advance.
