Replicated here.

Apparently I did something that broke the dependency logic in the Perl
configure. The python version seems to handle it correctly.

You can work around with:

./configure.pl --disable-modules=gfpmath,ec_dompar,ecc_key,ecdsa,eckaeg,cvc
