I've pushed a second release candidate for 1.8.3:

http://files.randombit.net/botan/misc/Botan-1.8.3-rc2.tgz

Only major changes vs rc1 is various bug fixes for configure.py

Testing this RC is heartily requested/recommended.

Unless I hear about problems/bugs, I'll release 1.8.3 this Saturday.
