Hi,

Botan 2.19.2 has been released today.

Changes include

- Argon2 password hashing is faster as it now uses threads when the
  parallelism option is used, and on x86 can also make use of a new
  SSSE3 implementation.

- A performance issue that caused problems when DER encoding many large
  bytestrings has been resolved.

- With the OpenSSL 3.0 release, the OpenSSL integration has run into
  various problems including that the majority of the integration used
  APIs which are now deprecated in OpenSSL. Rather than spending the
  effort on fixing this, the OpenSSL integration has been removed.

- A bug affecting TLS::Text_Policy when X25519 is disabled at build
  time has been fixed.
