I have had:

using fop : "C:/Utilities/RenderX/XEP/xep.bat"
           : "C:/Program Files (x86)/Java/jre7"
           ;

for a long, long time and it has always worked before and still does 
work for TTI when I create a PDF locally.

I saw both of those also and locally "fixed" them.
