Very, very interesting.
All tests pass on my mingw installation (TDM 4.4.1).
BUT:
- I'm running with my patch for #2114 installed (gcc visibility support) which 
enables "dllimport/dllexport" for gcc on Windows.
- with additional <linkflags>
            <linkflags>-Wl,--enable-runtime-pseudo-reloc 
            <linkflags>-Wl,--enable-stdcall-fixup
            <linkflags>-Wl,--enable-auto-import

Each of those (the flags are stolen from Qt Makefiles) may be enough to fix these 
issues.
I'm not sure I can find the time to debug this further...
