#7936: Kernel boot up time changes with host clock change
----------------------------------+-----------------------------------------
  Reporter: saboorian@… | Owner: igaztanaga

Version: Boost 1.53.0 | Severity: Problem

Comment (by saboorian@…):

I tested with 3 PCs one XP x86 and two 7 x86. I'm still confused about the
exact reason for when it does happen and when it doesn't. One scenario is
 this:
 [[BR]]
 1- Start windows [[BR]]
2- run "wmic os get lastbootuptime" [[BR]]
 3- change time manually [[BR]]
4- wait for 5 to 10 minutes. (sometimes it does not change immediately.
I'm not sure why. Also when I tried to find the exact timeout required for
the change, the change did not happen at all. Maybe it has something to do
 with idle time.) [[BR]]
5- run "wmic os get lastbootuptime" --> new result! [[BR]]
