 Closing inactive ticket. If the reported problem still exists, please
 reopen the ticket and supply a test case that clearly illuminates the
 problem.

 If there is still a problem, but it has changed somewhat since the last
 report, please open a new ticket, with current test case, and be sure to
 mention what versions of Boost, the compiler, and the operating system you
 are using.
