Yes you are right. In hurry I wrote wrong subject name. It may be Port Programming. \
Now I have no choice; only to continue with the same subject name. Otherwise it will \
duplicate the query this two different subject names. But my query is still open what \
should I refer ??

Why do you emphasis GSM programming? According to your description the
connection will go over serials port or USB, no signals over air
interface(GSM , WCDMA....).

So your programming will have no relation with GSM. you just need interface
library of USB or serials port.
