This patch doesn't apply to current Bochs CVS sources. It also contains an 
unallowed modification of the PCIBIOS init (disabling PCIBIOS would break the 
build). I also don't like mdelay() hack, since it depends on the "ips" 
setting for Bochs. For more accurate delays in milliseconds you should use 
the refresh clock toggle bit (port 61h) similar to the INT 15h AH=86h.

The patch that should add %lx support for printf() is also broken. Please send 
us only patches based on current CVS or the official release 2.3.5.
