Since sourceforge is down, here's my bug report:

Category: Debugger
Description:

   If the cpu is in a hlt instruction pressing CTRL+C will not return
   to the debugger prompt until some irq is generated.

   When all IRQ are masked or for some reason the irq you are expecting
   is not fired, it makes it impossible to get the debugger prompt back.

   The only way to end the HLT instruction is then to close Bochs
   entirely.
