Thanks. Works as (I) expected now.

I updated SERVER_VERSION in defines.h.

I forgot to ask. Sometimes I have to boot on Windows where I
use Apache, but boa would be much better for my use. I have
Cygwin installed and there are a few results from Google, but
I'm not sure about the status.
