I just got sp2 on my Win2000 machine, got the "filter failed" message, 
got the update from networkice to 2.5ch, still got the "filter 
failed", uninstalled-reinstalled, and it still fails.

Any fix for this in Win2K with sp2?

Update to version 2.5ci and then to 2.5cj via the technical support page
