PC guy, and anyone else, the browser problem is only within BID. If I
have a attack, and click Open Black ICE, then on the attacks tab, 
highlight the one I want info on, then click the Advice button. This
is when BlackICE brings up MSIE even when Netscape is the default. 
This does not happen at another time on the net, in e mail, etc.
