Subject:    [BIDissues] Installed new ethernet card and external dsl modem, now engine won't start?

I recently installed an Intel Pro/100 Ethernet Adapter, and a Cisco 
678 External DSL Modem for a PPP DSL connection, and now the Blackice 
Engine won't start.  Anyone else encountered this type of problem?
