Hey all,

Well, to say the least my phone has been screwy, and the results are the
same every time (both with and without a seem edit to make it more
accessible to the program). I am using BitPim v. 0.9.10 running on Windows
XP SP2. The cell phone is a Motorola Razr V3m (V3c with Verizon's UI), and I
am using a USB2.0 cable to get the phone and computer talking. The problem
is this: every time I try to send information back to the phone through
BitPim, it encounters difficulty transitioning the phone from one mode to
another, specifically:

"Moto-V3cm on COM4: The phone is not responding while transitioning mode
from none to phonebook. See the help for troubleshooting tips." I have tried
a few different options, but nothing seems to have any effect good or ill on
the situation. The most simple log I've gone through is as follows:

"16:13:42.765 COM4: Opening port COM4, 115200 baud, timeout 3.000000,
hardwareflow 0, softwareflow 0
16:13:42.796 COM4: Open of comm port suceeded
16:13:42.812 Moto-V3c: Retrieving fundamental phone information
16:13:42.812 Moto-V3c: Switching to modem
16:13:45.812 Moto-V3c: trying to switch from BREW mode
16:13:45.828 Moto-V3c: Switching from BREW to modem
16:13:51.858 Error: Device needs attention - Moto-V3c on COM4
Moto-V3c on COM4: The phone is not responding while transitioning mode from
none to phonebook.
See the help for troubleshooting tips"

Any help you can give would be appreciated, and if you need any additional
information please just ask. Thank you for your time. ^_^
