Greetings, I had a couple questions re: the Changeset.

First, when a changeset lists multiple people as the person who signed
off on the commit, who has the person who ultimately commited the
merge to the tree?

Second, is there a reference to explain the various flags in the
SCCS/s.ChangeSet file?  For example, its obvious that an s marks the
begnning of a changeset, and an e marks the end.  What flag identifies
the person who pushed the change?  The person who merged the file into
the tree?
