No.  Repositories only check out tip.
You can clone or 'bk undo -a<tip>' but that will remove
all history leaving 'tip' as the tip.

Inside the repo:
bk undo -av2.4.18 

This will rollback the repo, similar (actually the same) as the
what happens to the clone.
