I think you want one of

	undo -r+			# removes the last changeset
	fix -c				# re-edits the last changeset
	stripdel -r+ file.c		# removes the last delta
	get -e -x -r+ file.c		# removes the effects of the last delta

Which one you want depends on how you got there.  

If you have the only copy of this change then use undo/fix/stripdel.  If
there is another repository with this change as well, then you want the 
get.
