I read thru the docs again yesterday to see whether there was anything
I'd missed or forgotten.  Seems level was in that set.

Is there a shortcut for:

:; bk level $[$(bk level|awk '{print $NF}')+1]

Perhaps 'bk level++', 'bk level ++' or 'bk level +1' would make a good
shortcut, as incrementing by one after a clone would seem to be the
most common usage.  The last of those is of course the most general
purpose.  OTOH, perhaps that means clone should have an option to
increment the level rather than augmenting the level command.
