I was playing with some files in a subdirectory of the child repository to
try to get them in binary mode, and I just noticed that most of them were not
in the parent repository any more. bk push didn't add them, so I copied them
over and added them by hand on the server. Now I can't do a bk pull because
of dupilicate IDs - the changeset is left in the PENDING directory. How can I
fix this? Is there any way I can avoid this in the future? Moving the
offending files didn't help, and I know from past experience that using bk rm
wouldn't fix it either.
