The latest version of cygwin we have tested is cygwin 1.3.3.
It is possible that cygwin 1.3.6 changed some interface.
In general, you should stay with the cygwin package shipped
with the bk installed image. (cygwin 1.3.3 is shipped with
bk-2.1.x install image, it is under Dev directory)
