You can force the host to be whatever you want by setting 
BK_HOST=my.host.name

Note that setting it to the same thing on all hosts is likely to get you
into trouble - we use the host name as part of internal identifiers and
it's important that those are unique.  So if you set it to the same thing
on every platform and then manage to make two deltas to the same file
at the same time (or when the clocks think it is the same time), BK
will get unhappy.
