A 'rotate' function is not implemented yet, but it is a good idea. Thank

Yes, the UNIX timestamp will be a part of the filename in default. Both
a period and a filename will be configurable in BIRD's config file.
The filename format will be the strftime(3)-like format extended of a
key '%f' for replacing with the name of the dumping table.
