Hello list.
I'm new BIRD user and I'm going to test at company where I work. I
know the BGP has the ability to test if neighbor is working or not.
But I want to make a filter or function to detect if the neighbor is
up or down and this test it's running all time.
Anyone has ideia if is possible. If yes, could tell me who can I do that?
