Hi,

We're increasing security on the web site, \
www.bioconductor.org<http://www.bioconductor.org>, to prevent http flooding and other \
attacks. Over the past week I've been monitoring a rule that identifies IPs making > \
400 requests per minute. It looks like this is catching just rogue IPs (good!) so \
I've just enabled the rule to block them.

Of course we don't want to block anyone making legitimate requests. Please let me \
know if you find yourself or any of your automated scripts being blocked and we can \
investigate and reconfigure if necessary.
